This oil is useful for period pain, irregular menstruation, PMS and menapausal disorder.  Apply 3 drops of the oil on lower abdominal area and massage into your skin.  You may also put 3 drops in the water for the bath or foot bath. You will also benefit from the relaxation effect of the aroma by applying the oil around the chest or wrist area.
