Directions for Use:

Apply 1 push of blend oil onto the inside of facial mask before wearing.  Tissue paper or a gauze can also be used.

Apply directly onto  throat or chest area for the treatment of cough and block nose.

Cautions:

Pregnant and feeding mothers may use the oil with caution

If feeling ill, stop the use immediately
