Hi

Yuzu is a citrus fruit cultivated in Japan and other Southeast Asian counties. The fruit looks like a smaller grapefruit with an uneven skin. Yuzu is more well known as a flavouring and seasoning in cooking these days, but it has been used for other purpose in Japan for many centuries.yuzu, Japanese citrus, fruit

Yububuro, bathing with yuzu, is a custom that dates to at least early 18th centuries in Japan. Whole yuzu fruits are floated in the hot water of the bath, releasing their aroma. The fruit may also be cut in half, allowing the citrus juice to mingle with the bathwater.

Yuzuburo is said to guard against colds, treat the roughness of skin, warm the body and relax the mind.

Marvo&Co Yuzu essential oil can be used instead, making bath salt with it, releasing the yuzu oil into the bathwater and enjoy the traditional Japanese yuzuburo!
